These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ecocarremoval.co.nz and the cash-for-cars removal services provided by Eco Car Removal operated under Eco Auto Parts Limited, Napier, New Zealand. By using our website or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

We offer cash-for-cars and vehicle removal services across Hawke’s Bay (Napier, Hastings, Havelock North, Clive, Flaxmere, Meeanee, Taradale, Waipawa, Waipukurau) and Manawatū (Palmerston North, Levin, Feilding, Ashhurst, Bulls, Dannevirke). This includes purchasing and removing unwanted, damaged, or scrap vehicles from your property.

Quotes and Pricing

• Quotes provided online, by phone, or by email are estimates based on the information you supply about your vehicle
• The final offer may be adjusted following an in-person inspection if the vehicle’s condition differs from what was described
• Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change without notice

Vehicle Ownership

• By accepting our offer, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle, or are authorised to sell it on the owner’s behalf
• You are responsible for providing accurate ownership and registration information
• You must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to pickup; we are not responsible for items left inside

Pickup and Removal

We will arrange a pickup time convenient to you. Access to the vehicle must be reasonably provided at the agreed location and time. Delays or inaccessible sites may require rescheduling.

Payment

Payment for your vehicle will be made at the time of pickup, using the method agreed upon at the time of quote confirmation.

Limitation of Liability

While we take care during vehicle removal, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, minor property impact during standard towing operations, or delays caused by circumstances outside our control (such as weather or vehicle access issues).
